Break/fix and help desk
PCs, laptops, email, “it just stopped working.” We remote in first. If it needs hands, we come in.

We will spec and quote PCs, servers, licenses, and the bits in between. Recommendations in plain language, then we order and set it up if you want that too.
Printers
Most small shops do not have a Xerox tech on a service contract. We can install, share, and fix printers, keep toner coming, and tell you honestly when the machine is done. If a manufacturer contract is the smarter path, we will say so instead of pretending we are the factory.
Security and backups

Rates
Promo $100/hour. Standard $110/hour. Projects can be quoted as a fixed job when that is cleaner.
